During the concert, the public will also hear “Ecos de la Alhambra, impresión sinfónica española para gran orquesta”, by the Valencian Luis Sánchez-Fernández and will complete the evening, the composition of Mahler, “Lieder eines fahreden Gesellen” (Songs of a travelling companion.)
Voro Garcia’s work will be recorded at the premiere in Orihuela and will be part, along with the piece premiered in April, of the disc including works by this autor and which will be published by the Valencian Institute of Music in his collection Valencian Musical Heritage.
Orihuela’s concert is the first of four that JOGV offers in the coming days after its second annual meeting held since the first of July at the Conservatory and “Teatro Circo” of the city.
